หลักสูตรนี้เหมาะสำหรับนักเรียนที่ต้องการเริ่มทำงานด้านการศึกษาและการดูแลเด็กปฐมวัย และต้องการพัฒนาอาชีพในฐานะผู้สอนหรือผู้อำนวยการ
สาขาวิชาชีพนี้ ในปัจจุบันมีผู้คนให้ความสนใจในการเรียนมากขึ้นเพราะมีความต้องการการรับสมัครงานจากผู้ที่จบการศึกษาในด้านนี้สูงขึ้นและในอีกห้าปีข้างหน้า มีความคาดการณ์ว่าจะมีผู้จัดตั้งศูนย์ดูแลเด็กเล็กเพิ่มขึ้นประมาณ 10,000 ศูนย์
หลักสูตรนี้จะสอนเกี่ยวกับทักษะและการฝึกปฏบัติ เกี่ยวกับโปรแกรมดูแลเด็กเล็ก สู่การออกแบบ การดูแลเด็กเล็ก ทั้งในเรื่องของการเข้าใจ ความต้องการด้านร่างกาย ด้านอารมณ์และสังคมของเด็กเล็ก ซึ่งผู้เรียนจะมีทักษะที่จำเป็นในการวางแผนดำเนินการและประเมินผล ที่สำคัญทางสถาบันของเรามีทีมผู้เชี่ยวชาญ และประสบการณ์สูงที่จะช่วยสนับสนุนผู้เรียนให้ประสบความสำเร็จในการเรียนตลอดหลักสูตร
